Shipping policy

1.  Production + delivery time. As products are made-to-order, total time = production time + delivery time. Production typically takes a few business days before dispatch. Domestic (India): delivery typically within a few business days after dispatch, depending on your PIN code and courier. International: delivery times vary by destination and customs; estimated timeframes are shown at checkout or on request. All timeframes are estimates, not guarantees.

2.  Tracking. Once dispatched, you will receive tracking details. Note that some carriers (e.g., India Post) may not provide full end-to-end tracking; in such cases we rely on the carrier's final confirmation.

3.  Shipping charges, customs and duties. Shipping charges (if any) are shown at checkout. For international orders, you are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, and fees levied by the destination country; these are not included in our prices and are payable by you.

4.  Address accuracy is your responsibility. Please provide a complete, accurate delivery address and reachable contact number. We are not responsible for delays, non-delivery, or return-to-origin caused by incorrect/incomplete addresses, an unserviceable PIN code, the customer being uncontactable, or refused delivery. Re-shipping in such cases may incur additional charges payable by you (see Refund Policy clause 6).

5.  Delays and force majeure. We are not liable for delays caused by couriers, customs, weather, natural disasters, strikes, or other events beyond our reasonable control.

6.  Lost or damaged in transit. If your order is lost or arrives damaged, follow our Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy (report within 7 days with photos and, for damage, an unboxing video and packaging photos). We will reship or refund verified claims.

7.  Risk and title. Risk passes to you on delivery. We will assist with carrier claims for verified loss or damage.
